“ I arrived a little early for a weekday lunch, just after 11:00. Today, I ordered the most standard "Nagasaki Champon." It was served within five minutes, which surprised me. The vegetables were just the right amount of crunchy, and the soup was nicely accented with a touch of chili oil. The noodles were chewy and delicious. Since it was my first time, I didn't really understand what to do, so I went to return the empty container and noticed they also had mustard. I didn't know how to use the dressing either, so I watched the people eating nearby and saw they put a little in a spoon and ate it, so I imitated them. “ The prices have gone up significantly compared to the past. The taste hasn't changed, but the quality of the staff has. I received a notification on the app, so after ordering, I asked the staff, "Will I get a 60th anniversary discount coupon after paying?" but they abruptly refused, saying, "Even if you ask me, I don't know." As I was going back and forth, wondering, "Huh? Then who should I ask?", another employee came over and treated me like I was being nasty. I wonder where the old staff went... They even seemed to remember the faces of customers. The restaurant has been renovated so much that it's rare for staff to change so much in just five years.
